Acceptable Use Policy
Defines acceptable behaviour when using BUE digital services including the SRS, email, Wi-Fi, Moodle and any integrated systems.

Permitted Use
Accounts are issued for the purpose of study, teaching, research and administration. Reasonable personal use is allowed where it does not interfere with University activities.
Prohibited
Sharing credentials, attempting to bypass access controls, harassment, distributing malware, mining cryptocurrency, accessing or generating illegal content, and any activity that breaches local law.
Monitoring
The University may monitor access logs, network traffic and stored content where it has legitimate grounds, in line with the Privacy Notice.
